These terms govern your use of MyPersonalOps, developed by gpmlabs, India. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Give accurate information when you sign up.
Your content
You own the records, documents, and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal.
Reminders and AI features
MyPersonalOps helps you stay organised, but it is not a guarantee. Reminders may be delayed or not delivered (for example if notifications are turned off), and AI-generated answers and document extraction can be incomplete or wrong. Always check important dates, amounts, and documents yourself. MyPersonalOps does not provide financial, legal, or insurance advice.
Subscriptions
- Pro features are available through a paid subscription bought via Google Play, the App Store, or our website.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the store where you subscribed; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by country. Refunds are handled under the policy of the store you bought through.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, gpmlabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed renewal or deadline, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
