Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Unlimited records, the full dashboard, reminders with push notifications, and document uploads are free with no time limit and no credit card required. Pro only adds the AI assistant and a few conveniences on top.
What exactly does the AI assistant do?
It answers questions about your own records — upcoming renewals, overdue items, recurring spend — and can draft new records or reminders from a plain-language request. It never creates or changes anything without you reviewing and confirming first.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes — Pro is billed monthly or yearly with no lock-in. If you cancel, you keep full access to your records, reminders, and documents on the Free plan; you just lose access to the assistant.
Is my data private?
Yes. Every record, reminder, and document is scoped to your account only — there's no sharing or public visibility unless a future shared/family feature is explicitly turned on by you.
What happens if I hit the daily assistant limit?
Pro includes 50 assistant requests per day, which resets automatically — plenty for day-to-day questions. All other features, including manual record entry, keep working normally either way.
Is the Family plan available now?
